Electrical Construction Documents for a new 13,250 square foot addition consisting of six new classrooms and a new 4,000 square foot gymnasium, IDF room, restrooms, storage and a mechanical room.
The existing building renovation will include the access route through the building to the addition, new elevator, lobby remodel, complete lighting remodel in cafeteria to tie into the addition lighting controls system, new building electrical service, electrical coordination for replacement boilers and domestic hot water heat and affiliated pumps, replacement of the air conditioning system in the telecommunications equipment room.
