Eastside Human Services Building, City of Denver
This project was awarded to RNL and Corey Electrical Engineering team in late 2007. This was the very first BIM/Revit project that Corey ever designed. Electrical Construction Documents were provided for this new 51,000 square foot office building at a 4.7 site located at 3821 Steele Street in the Clayton Neighborhood of Denver, Colorado. Lighting design addressing the requirements for IECC and LEED-NC Silver Certification was included as part of the electrical design criteria for this project. Design completed in May of 2010 and construction was successfully completed in 2012.
