Brian Waring, EIT
Brian Waring is a Colorado transplant originally from Ohio, where he went to the University of Cincinnati and worked as an intern for an engineering firm designing new LEED-certified schools. He has been with Corey Electrical Engineering since 2015 and has been the lead on several elementary school renovations, medical facilities, and numerous tenant finish projects. Brian’s path to engineering stemmed from an interest in designing energy-efficient buildings.
Brian is currently embedded at Corey Electrical Engineering, Inc. as one of our lead design engineers for our many tenant finish designs and is now taking a lead role in school designs. Brian came to Corey this year and has grown quickly into one of our key designers. Brian has proven his dedication to our profession by his commitment to our architects and property managers through many of our building design projects and contracts throughout the Denver Metro area.
Brian is directly involved with project design and quality control. He is a ‘hands on’ engineer and takes full responsibility for lighting design and power considerations for each and every project he is responsible for. Brian is careful with each project design decision that goes into our daily project team management decisions for each project. He is a good communicator and is constantly developing his skills for NEC code reviews, the IECC and the architectural needs for each of our clientele. Brian is developing solid work experience with our property managers and architects that provide many of our major design contracts. He is dedicated to his work and the culture here at Corey. Brian is a great recent addition to our firm!
